Getting all that Christmas excess out of your system!

Do eat lots of fruit and veggies.
Don’t starve yourself for days on end.

Do drink lots of green tea, it’s high in anti-oxidants.
Don’t drink too much fruit juice – you’ll be getting a lot of sugar.

Do save up for a smoothie maker.
Don’t save up for colonic irrigation.

Do detox your outside as well as your inside by going sans make-up.
Don’t forget to drink lots of water –at least 1.5 litres a day.

Do start the day with a cup of hot water with lemon.
Don’t start the day without breakfast – it’s the most important meal of the day.

Do exercise during your detox – yoga is a great detox aid!
Don’t forget to get a good night’s sleep – around 8 hours a night.

Do relax – a long bath with your fave bubble bath and candles will distress your body.
Don’t spend hours in front of the TV. You might be tempted by all the ads for choccie!
